Transformers: The Headmasters - S01

The OVA starts by revisiting how the Transformers arrived on Earth and the events involving Devastator. Then it shifts to its own original story, showing the Autobots hard at work building the formidable "Scramble City" under the leadership of their latest ally, Ultra Magnus. Upon discovering this, the Decepticons send their combiner robots to assault the construction site. This sparks a fierce clash between their forces and the Autobot combiners.
