World's End Harem

Reito Mizuhara is a medical student at Tokyo's National Advanced Medical School who is diagnosed with a deadly illness called cellular sclerosis. To receive treatment, he is placed in cryogenic sleep for five years. When he wakes up, he discovers that a year after he was frozen, a global pandemic erupted-caused by the MK virus, a disease that only affects men and has wiped out nearly all males on Earth. Luckily, Reito and four other men in cryosleep survived and are now immune to the virus. As the last remaining men, they are expected to help repopulate the world by fathering children with as many women as possible. But Reito remains devoted to his childhood friend and longtime love, Elisa Tachibana-until he learns she disappeared three years earlier. While the other men adjust to their new role, Reito resists temptation and sets out to find Elisa, all while digging into the mystery behind the MK virus.
