Prayers - S01

In 2014, Shibuya has seceded from Japan and stands as its own independent nation. It’s a chaotic city inhabited solely by the young. Basic necessities like electricity, water, and food are delivered through pipelines stretching beyond Shibuya’s borders. These pipelines crisscross the sky like a spiderweb, and the youth below seem like insects trapped within it. Among them are the "Prayers," who make a living through musical battles. They convert music into electric signals and inject them directly into the brain, using sound to destroy each other’s minds and bodies.
