Yuu Azuma, a determined first-year student at Joshu East High School, is set on becoming an idol. To achieve her dream, she gathers a group by recruiting one girl from each of the four high schools in her region-north, east, south, and west. Her team includes Ranko Kashima, a poised second-year from Holy Teneritas Southern Girls' Academy, who loves "Madame Butterfly" and stands out with her curly hair; Kurumi Taiga, a student at West Tech Vocational High School, who wears oversized jackets and dreams of winning a robotics competition; and Mika Kamei, a kind and devoted volunteer from Joshu North High School. With support from her friend and collaborator, Shinji Kudou, the four girls begin their path to fame. But the road ahead is tougher than they imagined, filled with challenges, setbacks, and pressure that could shatter Yuu's hard work.
