Time of Eve

In a futuristic Japan where android housekeepers are the norm, society rigidly follows the Three Laws of Robotics, which govern all androids. The Robot Ethics Committee ensures androids are treated as mere appliances, no different from other household technology. Yet a small group, labeled "android-holics," idolizes androids-a preference that earns them public scorn. Rikuo Sakisaka has always accepted society's view that androids are not human. But his perspective shifts when he uncovers an odd message hidden in the logs of his family's android, Sammy. This discovery leads him to "Eve no Jikan", a café with a single rule: patrons must treat humans and androids as equals. Intrigued, Rikuo delves deeper into the café's secrets, hoping to unravel the mystery behind Sammy's unusual actions.
