League of Nations Air Force Aviation Magic Band Luminous Witches

The world remains locked in a struggle for survival against the alien Neuroi, with witches-young women gifted with magical powers-still fighting on the front lines. As the war drags on and spirits wane, Grace Maitland Steward, a retired witch now working in the military, proposes an unconventional strategy: using music to boost morale and turn the tide of battle. Her idea is dismissed, leaving Grace determined to prove its worth. She recruits Aila Paivikki Linnamaa and Eleonore Giovanna Gassion, two witches who’ve already made names for themselves as singers, to gather more talent and establish the League of Nations Air Force’s Music Squadron. Their efforts yield seven potential members, including 14-year-old Virginia Robertson. Though she has no combat experience, Virginia’s untapped abilities could be the key to their success.
