La Maison en Petits Cubes

In a flooded town where the water keeps rising, an old man keeps adding new floors to his house to stay above the water. But when his beloved pipe slips into the depths below, he dives down-not just into the water, but into memories of his long-gone past. "Tsumiki no Ie" is a short film about how time shapes a life, how it can wash away the past completely, and how people must find a way to keep going even when what’s lost can’t be recovered.
