Buzzer Beater - S01

Hideyoshi is a homeless kid scraping by in a near-future New York, making ends meet by hustling other kids in street basketball. Out of nowhere, he gets drafted by a professional team-one with an unusual mission. Basketball used to be a human-dominated sport, but that era is long gone. Now, physically superior alien players rule the game, leaving almost no room for humans. Hideyoshi’s team is the first all-human squad to enter the Space League, and they have one goal: to reclaim the championship for Earth.
