Tokyo 24th Ward - S01

In Tokyo Bay, a special zone known as the 24th Ward relies on the Hazard Cast-a surveillance system that predicts accidents and swiftly aids victims, ensuring a safe life for its residents. Yet while it can foresee accidents, it cannot stop them or reveal their exact nature. Ran Akagi, Kouki Suidou, and Shuuta Aoi-childhood friends nicknamed "RGB" for their distinctive hair colors-learned this the hard way when Kouki’s sister Asami died in a high school fire. A year later, Shuuta still carries guilt for not saving her, while Ran chases his dream of becoming a renowned street artist, and Kouki works for the Hazard Cast’s intervention team. When the three reunite at a memorial for the fire’s victims, each receives a strange phone call-from someone claiming to be Asami. Shown visions of the future, they’re forced to choose between two grim paths. Unwilling to accept fate, they confront the mystery, setting off a chain of brutal choices that will test their resolve to safeguard the 24th Ward and its people.
