The demons of Hell are losing their war against Heaven’s angel army, teetering on the edge of defeat. In a desperate final move, they send Akutsu Masatora to Earth to find someone who can save their homeland. Posing as a high school student, Akutsu searches for a leader capable of turning the tide of battle. His search doesn’t take long-among his classmates is Lily Amane, a brilliant transfer student who seems like the ideal candidate. But fate has a cruel twist: Lily is actually one of the angels Akutsu is supposed to fight. His attempt to recruit her could become the war’s greatest mistake. And to make matters worse, he might just fall for his greatest enemy.
