Tenchi Forever!

Tenchi retreats into the woods to clear his head after yet another argument among his friends. Lost in thought, he hears a strange voice from a camellia tree. When he investigates, he steps through a portal and disappears. Six months pass with no sign of Tenchi. Most have accepted he’s gone for good, but his friends refuse to give up. They split into two groups-Aeka and Ryoukou stay on Earth to search for clues, while Washuu, Sasami, Kiyone, and Mihoshi scour the galaxy for any trace of him. Their persistence finally leads to a breakthrough when they detect Tenchi’s energy signature. But their relief is short-lived. Instead of a warm reunion, they discover that Tenchi has no memory of them and is now living contentedly with another woman. What should have been an answer only brings more confusion, leaving them with a challenge far greater than they expected.
