On a quiet street corner, a girl lives with her bear doll, joined by a playful mouse called Kanku-bouya, a sycamore tree, an old streetlamp, a moth, and posters of a bar girl, a violinist, and a pianist. Each of them clings to life, though the world may not be kind enough to let them thrive. In "Aru Machi Kado no Monogatari," the question lingers: can these simple lives remain undisturbed, or will conflict and oppression shatter their fragile peace?
