Hinako Mukaimizu is a free-spirited college student who loves surfing and the ocean, living carefree in a coastal town with little thought for her future. Her life shifts when a fire breaks out in her apartment building due to a fireworks accident-a firefighter named Minato Hinageshi rescues her. The two quickly grow close: Hinako admires Minato’s dependable nature and dedication to helping others, while Minato becomes fascinated with surfing and asks her to teach him. As their lessons progress, they fall in love and build a tender, committed relationship. But surfing isn’t just fun-it can be risky. When an accident leaves Hinako shaken, she’s forced to confront the uncertainty of her future. With Minato supporting her, she begins searching for her own path, slowly figuring out her purpose and learning to navigate life’s challenges like the waves she loves.
