Macross: Do You Remember Love?

After traveling light-years from Earth, the massive spacecraft Macross carries a city of civilians and soldiers on their journey home. They face constant attacks from the Zentradi and Meltrandi, towering alien races locked in war with humanity. During one battle, the Macross transforms into a giant mecha piloted by fighter pilot Hikaru Ichijou. As he endures countless struggles, Hikaru forms a bond with Minmay Lynn, the city’s beloved idol. Their growing relationship draws disapproval from others, given Minmay’s fame and status. With the war intensifying and Earth’s fate uncertain, Hikaru and his comrades continue battling their enigmatic foes. Amid the chaos, Hikaru and Minmay try to hold onto their feelings for each other. Meanwhile, Minmay channels her emotions into her music-something that might ultimately hold the power to bring peace.
