Invaders of the Rokujouma!? - S01

When Koutarou Satomi's father is abruptly transferred for work, the high school freshman is left scrambling to find affordable housing on his own. He luckily snags Room 106 in Corona House for just five thousand yen a month-but his good fortune doesn’t last. While working a part-time job, he discovers a strange cave, and the next night, his new room is invaded by a group of unlikely figures, all insisting the apartment belongs to them. Among the intruders are Sanae Higashihongan, a ghost who claims to haunt the room; Yurika, a self-proclaimed magical girl; Theiamillis Gre Fortorthe, an alien princess; and Kiriha Kurano, a descendant of the Earth People. Each has her own reasons for needing the apartment, and none are willing to give it up without a fight. "Rokujouma no Shinryakusha!?" is a lighthearted clash over a tiny six-tatami room, blending supernatural squabbles, high school romance, and the suspiciously pleasant landlady who oversees it all.
