In 2027, Kyoto has become a city of cutting-edge technology. Two classmates live there: Naomi Katagaki, a shy and withdrawn boy, and Ruri Ichigyou, a distant girl known for her bluntness. Though Naomi shares Ruri’s love for books, her cold demeanor keeps him at a distance. One day, while walking, Naomi sees a strange crimson aurora flash across the sky before disappearing. Soon after, he meets a three-legged crow and a hooded man-who turns out to be his future self, having traveled back ten years. Future Naomi warns that tragedy will strike Ruri shortly after they begin dating and pleads with his younger self to alter that fate. Skeptical but shaken, present-day Naomi decides to follow his future self’s advice and grows closer to Ruri, hoping to save her. But can he really change what’s to come?
