So Cute It Hurts!! - S01

Megumu and Mitsuru Kobayashi are twins who go to separate schools-one for girls, the other for boys. Tired of only being around their own gender, they decide to switch places for a change. At first, no one seems to notice, but things get messy when feelings start to develop. In "Kobayashi ga Kawai sugite Tsurai!!," Megumu, pretending to be Mitsuru, receives a confession from upperclassman Aoi Sanada and ends up kissing him. Now Aoi, who always struggled with girls, is left wondering if he might actually like boys. Meanwhile, Mitsuru-disguised as Megumu-catches the proud school queen, Azusa Tokugawa, in a weak moment and holds her close, leaving Azusa flustered. Both pairs grow closer, but the twins' secret remains hidden... for now.
