Atsuhiro "Akkun" Kagari is painfully shy, but he somehow managed to win over the kind and gentle Non Katagiri. His embarrassment keeps him from showing affection openly-even simple things like giving compliments or sharing a kiss make him flustered. Instead, he acts cold and sometimes outright rude to Katagiri in everyday situations. But deep down, Akkun is head over heels for her. He expresses his feelings in his own unusual ways, like secretly following her to take photos or listening in on her conversations-effectively stalking his own girlfriend. Fortunately, Katagiri thinks his behavior is charming and knows his harsh words don’t reflect his true feelings. Even if their friend Masago Matsuo finds their relationship a little strange, Katagiri wouldn’t have Akkun any other way. She adores her sweet, awkward tyrant just as he is.
