My Awkward Senpai - S01

Azusa Kannawa is the star of her company’s publicity department, famous for her unwavering competence. Her colleagues admire her but find her stern personality a little off-putting. What they don’t realize is that her tough exterior hides a woman who’s deeply awkward in social situations, using her strict demeanor to cover up her struggles with casual conversation. But when a bright new hire, Yuu Kamegawa, joins the team and Azusa becomes his mentor, her carefully maintained facade starts to slip. Eager to train Kamegawa the same way her own mentor once guided her, Azusa throws herself into teaching him everything she knows. As they spend more time together, she begins to open up, little by little-showing that behind her rigid professionalism lies a much warmer person than anyone expected.
