Risa Koizumi and Atsushi Ootani aren’t having much luck with love in high school. Koizumi, at 172 cm, towers over most girls, while Ootani, at 156 cm, is shorter than most guys. Their problems only get worse when the people they like end up falling for each other, leaving them frustrated and embarrassed. To top it off, their homeroom teacher jokingly calls them a comedy duo because of their clashing personalities and height difference, and their classmates treat their bickering like a routine act. As they console each other over their failed crushes, Koizumi and Ootani grow closer. Despite their constant bickering, they discover they share similar tastes in music and fashion.
