The Neighbor's Club is a place for lonely, friendless students to try and connect with others, though their lives remain awkward and full of regrets. After a certain incident at summer's end, Yozora Mikazuki and the rest of the club carry on with their usual routine. But when a peculiar nun, student council members, and other newcomers enter the picture, Kodaka Hasegawa finds himself even more tangled in their chaotic world. Between trips to the amusement park, gaming sessions, birthday celebrations, and tackling the "school festival"-that hallmark of ordinary student life-the dynamics between the club members slowly start to shift.
