Green Days

Yi-rang is on the brink of abandoning her dream of being an athlete, but her stubborn refusal to lose drives her to fake a collapse during a relay race. Around the same time, Soo-min transfers from Seoul into her life, along with Cheol-soo, a boy who dreams of becoming a scientist. Though still immature, they’re all caught up in the restless ambitions of youth. Through this heartfelt story, Han Hye-jin and Ahn Jae-hoon support Yi-rang’s dreams while capturing the idealism and excitement of adolescence through meaningful connections. Set in the '80s and '90s, small details-like an old umbrella or a railroad crossing through town-bring back faded memories, stirring nostalgia for a vanished time. The film reflects on the real "dreams" we’ve let slip away in today’s fast-moving, capitalist world.
