A Star Brighter than the Sun - S01

Sae Iwata was never the cute, fragile type like other girls. Her strong build and natural strength made her feel protective of her childhood friend and secret crush, Kouki Kamishiro, who was always delicate. But as time passed, Kouki grew taller and more self-assured, and the two slowly grew distant. Near the end of middle school, Sae crosses paths with Kouki again. Despite the years, he's still the same kind boy she remembers, and her buried feelings for him begin to stir. She tries to ignore them-but when they wind up in the same high school class, keeping her emotions in check gets harder. Pretending she doesn’t care might be pointless, because the boy who shines brighter than the sun could be the one she’s meant to be with.
