Yuuki Yuuna Is a Hero - S01

The gods' protection has ended, leaving humanity to rebuild in a new age. With their duties to Taisha complete, the members of Sanshu Middle School's Hero Club now live as ordinary students, savoring their youth-though not without the weight of past sacrifices. In the year 298 of the Divine Era, Mebuki Kusunoki trains relentlessly to become the next hero, only to lose the title to Karin Miyoshi. Bitter over Taisha's choice, she carries her resentment into her new role two years later as commander of the Sentinels-a team sent to explore lands beyond the barrier. What begins as a routine mission soon spirals into danger, putting innocent lives at risk. Determined to prove herself as a true hero, Mebuki swears to protect her team and bring them all home, no matter the cost.
