Witch Watch - S02

In ancient days, some witches wed their familiars-creatures who had taken human form-and from these unions came a line of ogres. Morihito Otogi is one such ogre, appearing entirely human but still carrying the monstrous strength of his ancestors. Nico Wakatsuki, a young witch and Morihito's childhood friend, was sent away to train in the Witches' Holy Land, forcing them to part ways. Years later, just as Morihito is about to start high school, Nico returns with a single purpose: to make him her familiar. While most witches choose animals like cats or bats, Nico wants Morihito-not just as a servant, but something more. Though he seems unaware of her deeper feelings, the two end up living together, with both of Morihito's parents absent. At first hesitant, Morihito eventually embraces his role, determined to help Nico readjust to human life and shield her from an impending fate.
