Waiting in the Summer - S01

One summer night, while testing his camera on a bridge, Kaito Kirishima spots a strange blue light streaking across the sky-only to be suddenly knocked off the railing moments later. Just before blacking out, he feels someone grab his hand. The next morning, he wakes up in his room, unharmed and with no memory of what happened. Returning to his usual school routine, Kaito and his friends debate what to do with his camera, eventually settling on making a film over summer break. When his friend Tetsurou Ishigaki notices Kaito’s interest in the new upperclassman Ichika Takatsuki, he invites her and her friend Remon Yamano to join the project. What follows is a summer filled with laughter, adventure, and unexpected emotions. As they work on their film, Kaito and his friends soon realize this isn’t just about making a movie-it’s a journey that will push them to face their deepest feelings and the bonds between them.
