Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust

As daylight fades, creatures of angelic beauty emerge to rule the night, spreading terror wherever they go. Their very presence chills the air, freezing water and signaling doom for those in their path. Yet their numbers shrink thanks to fearless bounty hunters who hunt down these near-immortal predators. One night, the Elbourne family suffers a terrible loss when their daughter, Charlotte, is taken by Meier Link, a powerful vampire lord guarded by monstrous followers. Desperate to save her, the family hires the ruthless Marcus Brothers-veteran vampire hunters-and D, a dhampir swordsman who walks the line between human and vampire, wielding the strengths of both without their weaknesses. Time is against them. If Meier turns Charlotte into a vampire, they must kill her to prevent her from becoming a monster. Worse, they must reach her before Meier escapes to Carmilla, the vampires' unassailable fortress, where Charlotte will be lost to humanity forever.
