Turkey! Time to Strike - S01

Mai Otonashi, Rina Godai, Nozomi Mitaka, Sayuri Ichinose, and Nanase Nikaidou are part of their high school bowling club. Mai, the captain, can easily score a "turkey"-three consecutive strikes-but her next throw always messes up her game. Each girl has her own struggles with bowling, but they still have fun together. Rina, the newest member, isn’t satisfied with just having fun. Frustrated by the others' indifference to their mistakes, she argues with them and tries to quit. Mai won’t let her leave, though, and challenges her to a deciding match. But after Mai scores another turkey, something bizarre happens-the girls are suddenly thrown back in time. They find themselves in the middle of a battlefield during Japan’s Sengoku period. The only way back seems to be reenacting Mai and Rina’s match. While the others embrace their unexpected adventure, Mai has to figure out how to land that crucial turkey when it counts.
