Tonkatsu DJ Agetarō - S01

Agetarou Katsumata works in his family's small tonkatsu shop in Shibuya by day, but his real dream is to become a professional DJ at night. One evening, while delivering an order to a nightclub worker, he gets invited inside as a gesture of gratitude. At first hesitant, Agetarou quickly gets swept up in the energy of the club-the dancing crowd, the pulsing lights, and the infectious music. He becomes a regular until one fateful night when he meets the legendary American DJ Big Master Fly. Watching the DJ's incredible performance, Agetarou has a revelation: the flow of mixing music feels just like the rhythm of cooking tonkatsu. From that moment on, he's determined to master both crafts. With support from his friends and his mentor, DJ Oily, Agetarou chases his dream while navigating family expectations, romantic mishaps, and all sorts of chaos. "Tonkatsu DJ Agetarou" is a lighthearted story about a spirited young man searching for his place in the world, balancing his passions with the responsibilities life throws his way.
