The Boy Who Saw the Wind

The Empire of the Golden Snake is desperate to secure new energy sources. Their chief scientist, Fritz, has been studying his son Amon’s mysterious abilities-known as "light playing"-which let him control light, heal wounds, and even fly. But when Fritz uncovers the empire’s brutal intentions for Amon, he tries to escape with his family, only to meet a grim end. Alone now, Amon soon learns he’s one of the last remnants of the Wind People, an ancient civilization that lived in harmony with nature and wielded powers like his own. As he journeys forward, he witnesses the empire’s cruelty and the suffering they’ve caused, finally understanding why his father sacrificed everything to stop them.
