Long ago, humanity’s ancient protectors established a hidden village called Kunlun-a sanctuary where their descendants would emerge to aid the world in times of great turmoil. Kunlun lies just outside the "Last Dungeon," a treacherous place teeming with fearsome monsters that the villagers hunt for training. Lloyd Belladonna grew up in Kunlun, surrounded by peers who effortlessly slay legendary beasts. Yet he believes himself to be the weakest in the village, lacking in magic, strength, and smarts. Determined to become a soldier, he leaves for the Kingdom of Azami to join its military academy. But Lloyd’s upbringing, far beyond ordinary standards, means his unnoticed strength could be the very thing needed to save the kingdom from looming disaster.
