Sora Suzuki travels from her rural hometown of Biei to Tokyo, hoping to earn a magic license and honor a promise to her late father. In this world, spellcasting is a regulated profession, and her internship offers a chance to prove herself. Though she has some talent and a warm personality, city life isn’t what she expected-especially the people. She befriends the outgoing Asagi, Kuroda, and kindhearted Hiyori, but Gouta, a quiet and enigmatic boy, leaves her puzzled. Despite their differences, their shared internship keeps bringing them together, and through these encounters, they begin to understand each other in ways they never anticipated.
