Based on the manga by Adachi, this story follows a romantic triangle involving Minatsu Nakazato, a high school student and softball player; Shu Akiba, her classmate; and Naoto Kadomatsu, a rising boxer. Their dynamic is more complicated than it seems-technically, it’s more like three-and-a-half people, since Naoto is secretly in love with "Maria," who turns out to be Minatsu in disguise after she once pretended to be someone else to avoid trouble.
