Silent Möbius

In a futuristic Tokyo, a group of policewomen battle a strange monster. Among them is Katsumi Liqueur, an American-born woman of Japanese heritage, who recognizes the creature from somewhere in her past. Katsumi had come to Tokyo to visit her hospitalized mother, Fuyuka, but when her taxi gets stuck in traffic, she takes a shortcut through an alley. There, she witnesses the monster and two officers fighting it. Later, she meets their leader, Rally Cheyenne, who seems to already know her-though Katsumi has no memory of ever meeting her. The policewomen want Katsumi to join their fight, but she refuses, unwilling to accept the existence of magic.
