Shachibato! President, It's Time for Battle! - S01

Centuries ago, a goddess descended from Heaven and bestowed her blessing upon the barren land of Gatepia. In her wake, enormous gates emerged, opening to dungeons filled with "kirakuri"-crystals that held the energy sustaining the world. Over time, adventurers formed companies to harvest these precious crystals from the depths of the dungeons. After his father vanishes inside one of Gatepia’s largest gates, Minato is persuaded by his childhood friend Yutoria to take over as president of his father’s treasure-hunting company, Kibou Company. Though hesitant, he accepts and meets the rest of the team: Makoto, a priest; Akari, a soldier; and Guide, the accountant. Now leading the company, Minato and his companions take on missions to keep their struggling business afloat. Along the way, they begin to unravel the truth behind their former leader’s sudden disappearance.
