Saki Aoi, a first-year student, is just like everyone else at her school-completely taken by the charm of her senior, Makoto Hanaoka, a member of the school board. Though she worries Hanaoka might be uneasy about getting a confession from another girl, Aoi gathers her courage and confesses anyway. To her surprise, Hanaoka’s reaction isn’t about her being a girl-it’s because Hanaoka is actually a boy who cross-dresses. Hanaoka braces for Aoi’s disgust, but instead, she doesn’t mind at all. He turns down her request to date, explaining he’s never been in love and is still figuring out his own identity. But Aoi refuses to back down, declaring she’ll be his first love. Stunned by her persistence, Hanaoka begins to wonder: how can he possibly love someone else if he hasn’t even learned to love himself?
