Sengoku Youko - S01

The fallout from Jinka Yamato's clash with Yazen throws the balance between the magically powerful katawara and humans into chaos. With word spreading of the collapse of Yazen's dangaishu-the order of monks who hunted katawara-rogue groups of katawara begin to emerge, further straining their already tense relationship with humanity. Shinsuke Hyoudou, now doubting his own strength, drowns his sorrows in alcohol while keeping company with Senya, a former enemy who harbors a thousand katawara within himself. After a rampaging local god attacks, Senya inadvertently causes the death of Tsukiko's father-yet despite this, Tsukiko bears no resentment. Instead, she stubbornly insists on becoming Shinsuke's disciple. Though he refuses to train her, he grudgingly allows her to travel alongside him and Senya. As this unlikely trio moves forward, Tama Youko presses on with her own journey, tracking the elusive Jinka-the nine-tailed fox whose power could bring about the world's destruction.
