The manga's sixth and seventh volumes each include a DVD with two OVA episodes. The first OVA, written by the manga's creator, serves as a prequel. It shows Rea and Chihiro meeting for the first time at an outdoor hot-spring bath, before the events of the main story. The second OVA is set after the series (acting as an unofficial episode 14). The Furuya family discovers a strange young girl hiding beneath their family temple.
