The revival has inspired women throughout Japan to join the league, eager to chase their dreams of becoming professional cyclists. Izumi Itou, a cycling enthusiast, hesitates to commit to racing, even with her friends pushing her to try. But when she learns her grandmother was once a champion in women's cycling, everything changes. Her grandmother offers to train her, believing Izumi has untapped potential.
