Over the Sky

Mio Miyamasu and Arata Kishimo are high schoolers who have been close friends since childhood. Mio has feelings for Arata but can’t bring herself to admit them. When her friend Madoka asks if she’s in love with him, Mio hesitates and denies it, even suggesting Madoka act on her own feelings instead. Later, while visiting a fortune-teller with Arata, he notices something odd and tries to hurry Mio out of the shop-annoying her in the process. The incident leaves Mio questioning their friendship, sparking an argument between them. That night, regretful over the fight, Mio goes out in the rain to find Arata and finally confess how she feels. But an unexpected accident changes everything for her.
