Mushi-Shi - S02

The countryside falls still at midday as people gather to watch a rare solar eclipse-said to let ordinary people glimpse the mysterious Mushi. The air hums with awe as no one can look away, but those familiar with the Mushi brace for what comes next. Following a warning from Tanyuu Karibusa, the cursed scribe, the wandering Mushishi Ginko arrives in an unfortunate farming village. Right after the eclipse, a strange black cloud forms overhead, blotting out the sun again. Ginko suspects the work of a Mushi called Hihami and sets out to free the village from endless night. Yet not everyone there seems willing to welcome back the light.
