Moshidora - S01

Minami becomes the manager of her high school baseball team after learning her best friend Yuuki is hospitalized and can no longer fill the role. Wanting to honor Yuuki and support the team, she searches for a book on baseball management to guide her. Instead, she mistakenly picks up Peter Drucker’s "Management: Tasks, Responsibilities, Practices," a book on business management. Since she can’t return it, she reads it anyway and attempts to apply its corporate strategies to the team, hoping it will lead them to victory at the Nationals.
