But Kongo isn’t satisfied with just studying-he masters the mystical art of the Jet Cloud, his first powerful weapon. With the Jet Cloud’s power, Kongo gains control of the skies and returns home just as humans threaten to take over the monkeys’ land. Using his new abilities, he defeats the invaders and declares himself King of Flower Fruit Mountain. Yet the gods above are troubled. A monkey defeating humans and claiming kingship? This cannot stand. Determined to teach the monkeys a lesson, they prepare to strike against Kongo and his home.
