Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket - S01

Alfred Izuruha is a ten-year-old boy living in Side 6, a neutral colony cluster. Like many kids his age, he’s fascinated by the ongoing war between the Earth Federation and the Principality of Zeon. What he doesn’t know is that his neighbor, Christina, is secretly the test pilot for a prototype Gundam being developed by the Federation within the colony. Meanwhile, a Zeon Special Forces team is sent to infiltrate Side 6-their mission is to either steal or destroy the Gundam. When fighting erupts between the Federation and the invading Zeon forces, Alfred stumbles upon a downed Zaku mobile suit, piloted by a rookie Zeon soldier named Bernard "Bernie" Wiseman. The two strike up an unlikely friendship: Alfred gets a firsthand look at the war he’s obsessed with, while Bernie gains a local informant who might help his mission.
