Misaki Takahashi and Akihiko "Usagi" Usami have been happily living together for three years, but even the strongest relationships face challenges. When a new rival appears, Usagi starts questioning Misaki's feelings for him. Meanwhile, Ryuuichirou Isaka still enjoys meddling in Misaki and Usagi's love life, but his own relationship with his secretary, Kaoru Asahina, isn't without its struggles. Despite dating for years, Asahina insists on keeping their work and personal lives separate, which often causes tension between them. Nowaki Kusama and Hiroki Kamijou, now busy with their flourishing careers, barely have time for each other. As their time together dwindles, doubts and insecurities begin to surface. In contrast, Shinobu Takatsuki and You Miyagi are slowly overcoming the hurdles of their 17-year age gap, growing more comfortable with each other as their bond deepens.
