Izetta: The Last Witch - S01

In 1939, Germania invaded a neighboring country, plunging Europe into a brutal war. Their next target was the small alpine nation of Elystadt, which seemed defenseless against Germania’s overwhelming military strength and early victories. Things grow even more dire when Germanian soldiers capture Princess Ortfiné "Finé" Fredericka von Eylstadt as she travels to a critical meeting with Britannia. Meanwhile, a failed Germanian transport mission allows Izetta, the last surviving witch, to escape. Recognizing Finé from their shared past, Izetta uses her magic to rescue the princess from her captors. Now reunited, Izetta vows to defend Elystadt from Germania’s aggression. With the power of the last witch on their side, the tiny nation dares to challenge the war-driven empire.
