Guin wakes in the shadowy forest of a strange land, his face hidden behind an unremovable leopard mask. All he recalls is his name-Guin-and the certainty that he’s a warrior of immense power. When twin children from Parros, caught in the crossfire of a civil war, stumble into his path, he knows his purpose. But rescuing them won’t be as simple as cutting down a few hundred skilled Mongoul soldiers. To succeed, he must face magic-wielding desert tribes, unite ancient enemies locked in centuries of bloodshed, and unravel the cryptic plot that seems to revolve around him. This is a sprawling tale of mystery and sorcery, brutal battles and hidden betrayals. The fight for survival begins with Guin Saga.
