Grimoire of Zero - S01

In a world torn by endless conflict between humans and witches, the "beastfallen" are cursed individuals born with animal-like features and strength. Their fearsome appearance and wild nature make them outcasts, rejected by both sides. Many end up as mercenaries, surviving by hunting witches. Amid this hostility, a cheerful witch named Zero hires a beastfallen she calls "Mercenary" to be her bodyguard. Alongside Albus, a young magician, they set out to find the Grimoire of Zero-a dangerous spellbook that could wreak havoc if misused. As they travel together, Mercenary’s hidden kindness emerges, and he begins to show empathy for both humans and witches. Through their journey, the unlikely trio slowly grows closer.
