Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash - S01

A group of strangers wakes in a strange land with nothing but their names and fragmented memories. Fear, survival, and instinct are all they have to guide them. With no other options, they take the only job available-joining the Reserve Army to defend the world of Grimgar from threats. While the stronger recruits form their own groups, the leftovers band together: Manato, a natural leader and priest; Haruhiro, an anxious thief; Yume, a bright-eyed hunter; Shihoru, a timid mage; Moguzo, a gentle warrior; and Ranta, a loudmouthed dark knight. This isn’t a game-there are no second chances. Death is permanent, and hesitation means the end. Now, this mismatched party must learn to rely on each other if they hope to survive in a world where every moment could be their last.
