Gingitsune: Messenger Fox of the Gods

Gintarou is a fox spirit who has guarded the small Inari temple since the Edo period. Saeki Makoto comes from a family with the rare ability to see divine messengers, though only one living relative can possess it at a time. When Makoto's mother died while she was still young, Makoto became the last in her family to inherit the gift. Despite their clashing personalities, she and Gintarou work together, using his supernatural abilities to aid the people in their town.
